About Me.
I've been in the rooms you're in.
I read PPE at Oxford and spent 15 years advising, investing and building. I started my career in M&A at Lazard and Deutsche Bank, and was in the founding team of a $2bn Sovereign Wealth Fund. I completed my MBA at INSEAD, and was an early team member and CIO at Systemiq, building the VC arm from scratch. Most recently I was the CFO of ZeroAvia, raising $250m and building the company from 10 to 300 people.
I didn't come to coaching from the outside. I've built and managed teams, raised funding under pressure and made high-stakes decisions. I've felt out of my depth, burnt out, and quiestioned whether I was on the right path. Eventually I made big changes - external, but more importantly internal.
My coaching training includes Integrative Psychotherapy, Gabor Maté's Compassionate Inquiry, Internal Family Systems and Conscious Leadership. I'm an ICF accredited coach and hold a Practitioner Diploma from the AOEC.
I'm originally from Russia and have lived in the US, Germany, Singapore and the UK. I now live in London with my husband and two young daughters. In my (limited) spare time, I can be found running, hiking or doing yoga.
