About me
I combine over 15 years of professional experience in corporate finance, investing and business building (most recently as CFO of climate tech pioneer ZeroAvia, where I was an early employee and raised over $250m in Series A-C) with extensive personal experience and training in coaching, psychotherapy, meditation and yoga.

I have advised, mentored, and coached dozens of CEOs and leaders over the last decade. I have also burnt out, lost jobs, made a lot of mistakes (though if you learn from them do they count as mistakes?), and transformed in ways I couldn't imagine possible. I hope to bring some of that magic to my clients.

I grew up in Russia, Germany, UK and the US. I hold a BA and MA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Oxford University and an MBA from INSEAD. I am an ICF Associate Certified Coach and hold a Practitioner Diploma from the AOEC.

I live in London with my husband, daughter and Russian Blue cat, and in my spare time, I do long-distance running, yoga, hiking in the beautiful outdoors, and otherwise exploring the world around me.
